Ninja swords - as the name implies - are weapons of the popular Ninja characters. They are straight-bladed and bear the same characteristics as the Katana swords. These character swords are usually inferior to Samurai swords. They are made from second rate steel because the Ninjas had little money to hire a skilled smith. Aside from self defense, these swords were crafted for art.

Ninja swords are quite historical. They are shorter than katanas but are designed with more function in mind. These swords have hidden compartments where the user hides weapons and other small armaments like spikes and daggers. At times, these swords can even be used as a snorkel.
